The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Uncomfortable truth: Many of your reps are actively searching for new jobs right now.
I talked to a global BDR leader dealing with 50%+ voluntary turnover right now.
Sales leaders, here’s how to protect your talent:
✅ Don’t f*ck with their money
Don’t stiff reps on their commissions due to technicalities. Especially if it’s a situation that wasn’t accounted for. When in doubt, pay it out.
✅ 1on1 interaction
VPs of Sales & CROs, reach out to a handful of reps weekly in Slack. Meet 1on1 for a few minutes w/ your top-performing and up-and-coming reps. Tell them how much you appreciate their contribution to the sales org.
✅ Public shout-outs
Sales Managers, take EVERY opportunity you can to give your reps shout-outs in the org-wide Slack channels and leadership meetings.
✅ Reduce unnecessary meetings
The bi-weekly hour-long “social hour” is a nice to have. Don’t do these if 1) most reps aren’t hitting quota and 2) you barely have time to coach your reps. The best cure for low morale is booking meetings & closing deals.
✅ Don’t ask reps to work more hours
The whole “we need everyone to work an extra 1-2 hours per day because of the economy” is absolute BS. Sales is not and never was a game of hours. It’s a game of outcomes.
Instead of asking reps to work more hours, remove obstacles that get in the way of selling (like all the internal meetings, filling out ridiculous forecasting spreadsheets, etc.)
