Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

God, this post feels super negative. But some of you need this reality check:
Most humans are NOT fit for cold outbound roles.
World-class outbounders get rejected/ignored at a rate of 90%+.
Is your org moving to a more outbound-led sales motion?
You might have a bunch of reps/leaders who are no longer a fit. It sucks, but it's the reality of the situation.
Hard truths:
⛔️ Many AEs will never outbound
They joined with the expectation that they wouldn't. They got fat and happy. They feel like it's the job of marketing and SDRs.
You may have to part ways with those AEs.
⛔️ Most inbound SDRs are not cut out for outbound
They joined with the expectation of calling ""warm leads."" They never had to deal with much rejection. They don't feel like cold outreach works. They don't have the skills or the will for it.
You may have to part ways with those SDRs.
⛔️ Many front-line leaders are not cut out for outbound
They don't truly believe it works. They never learned how to do it themselves. They're not willing to get in the pit and rub shoulders with their reps.
You may have to part ways with those front-line leaders.

Your requirements for every position must be:
✅ Right person
✅ Right role
Don't try to fit reps/leaders into outbound roles who aren't a fit for it.
