The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Try Keep It Simple Sequencing (KISS).

Here’s how it works:

1) Multi-day. Run this pattern for three weeks.

2) Multi-touch. 12-15 total touches (6 emails, 6 calls, and 3 social)

3) Multi-channel. Response rates increase by 2-3x when combining multiple channels together.

Each week’s email messaging will focus on a single priority from your talk track. Each week’s email messaging will be on a new email chain.

Layer in these techniques:

✅ Point voicemails to emails.

Contact rates increase by 25.8% when you leave a voicemail (Orum). Asking for a callback is harder for the prospect than asking them to look at your email.

Leave voicemails with a call-to-action similar to this: "...I'm going to send you an email here in a minute with the subject line 'Hi David, just left a voicemail.' This is Jason with Outbound Squad."

✅ Double and triple tap.

Mix multiple channels together in unison when possible. Call, leave a voicemail, and then send your email. Or queue up your emails in advance to go out during your call block. The goal is to stand out to your prospect.

No naked activities (h/t Armand Farrokh).

✅ Follow the engagement.

Focus the majority of your “personalized effort” on prospects opening and engaging with your emails.

✅ Bump emails.

Leverage the “any thoughts?” or variations to bump the first email of your sequence.

✅ Optimize the days/times of your emails and calls.

Look through your sales engagement platform’s data to call when pick-up rates are the highest and to email when open/reply rates are the highest.
