The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I love Keith Weightman's advice for leveling up manager/rep 1:1s

β
Treat 1:1s like client meetings.
β
You'd never (hopefully) show up to a sales call unprepared. You ask your buyers to bring data to sales calls. You create mutual action plans and hold each other accountable.
β
Apply that same approach to your 1:1s.
β
Stop winging it. Prepare. Bring fresh perspectives.

Here's a great 1:1 template many of our clients at Outbound Squad use:
β
Weekly Review:
β
- Sales activity for this week:
- What went well last week?
- What didnβt go well last week?
- How can I support you better as your leader?
- How are you taking care of yourself?
- What are my top 2-3 focuses for this week?
β
Pipeline Review:
β
- Quota -
- Pacing -
β
Outbound
β
- Outbound goals vs. actuals this week
- Outbound goals next week
- Activity
- Meetings
β
β
Reps should fill out in advance of the 1:1
β
And you, as the front-line leader, should review prior to the meeting.
β
This allows you to deliver real coaching during the 1:1. And helps you avoid spending a ton of time doing problem diagnosis.

For the 1:1s you've looked forward to over the years, what's one thing your leader did?
