The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

"Prospects don't want to think. They want to be told and then react."
Mark Kosoglow shared this killer take with me a while back. And it still resonates big time.
His point about your prospects was this:
Don't make prospects do all the work. You'll get very little engagement and participation.
Stop asking questions like this:
⛔️ "Who else is involved in this decision?"
⛔️ "What's the next step for you?"
And replace them with:
✅ "It's usually very important to get the perspective of your VP of Sales, Jon, to make sure this aligns with the rest of the sales org's mid/long-term priorities. I'm sure he'll have some input to help with this training project. Can you help with a quick introduction so we can get him on the next call?"
✅ "For next steps, let's schedule time for a demo to show how we can help you increase AE self-sourcing and convert more customers to your ARR offering. We'll also share how similar sales orgs like A, B, and C are tackling this. What's your schedule looking like next Tuesday?"
