- Followed by title case (capitalizing the first letter of every word).

- Manufacturing: VP of Operations
- Healthcare: Head of Clinical Operations
Here are 7 cold email subject line formulas to drive 40%+ open rates:

Identify specific issues on their website or in their tech stack. You can also focus on macro problems that almost everyone is experiencing.

Focus on an industry trend or challenge that every prospect is thinking about.

Use when you can identify a project or initiative within the company. For publicly traded companies, leverage Seeking Alpha and your AI solution to find these.

✅ 4. Exec leadership quotes.
Pull relevant quotes from execs creating thought leadership content on webinars, podcasts, LinkedIn, etc. Another great place to search is quarterly call transcripts for publicly traded companies.
