The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I used to LOVE watching people lose.

- Workout class: My goal was to humiliate the people next to me

- As a rep: My goal was to beat everyone to watch them lose to me

- In sports: My goal was to humiliate the other team

- In my personal life: My goal was to make more money than you

- As a CEO: My goal is to run a better business than you

And you know what?

It made me pretty lonely. It's hard to build community and friendships with people when you have to beat them.

So...the picture below.

I'm in a workout group that meets outside, rain or shine, at 5:30am every day. It's called F3. We have a lot of fun (and the workouts are pretty hard if you couldn't tell from my face).

One of the core principles is called: "pick up the six."

It's simple.

Your reward for beating everyone? Go to the back of the line and help the guys in the back with their reps.

It's not about beating anyone. It's about finishing together.

And making sure no one gets left behind.

That's my challenge for you today.

Don't be like my old self.

Is a new rep on your team struggling? Reach out to offer help.

Is a new manager on your team struggling? Share your learning lessons.

Is a friend/neighbor/acquaintance struggling? Offer a lending hand.

I love capitalism, but this world is better if we help each other.
