A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

iOS screener: "Please state your name and reason for calling"
Rep: "Jason with Outbound Squad."
This is the WORST way to interact with the call screener.
Look at the screenshot below. That's exactly what it looks like to your buyer. Just a bunch of names and company names.
It has zero relevance for the buyer, and doesn't answer two core questions:
Why are you calling?
Why should I engage with this now?
✅ Master the "5-second reason to meet"
Don't do this: "Jason with Outbound Squad."
Do this instead: Jason + [Super Specific Problem/Context]
And keep it to less than 6-7 words.
- Cybersecurity example: "Jason, new Dallas plant exposure"
- HR example: "Jason, hiring compliance in France & Spain"
